Growing up surrounded by food tales told by my late father Michael Bateman โ€“ a pioneer in British food writing, I have always had a passion for the history, culture and flavour associated with good food and drink.

Continuing in his footsteps, I embarked on a career telling the food stories of others. Since 2010, I have launched and represented casual to fine dining restaurants and hotels in Australia, UK, Spain and Bali; established and managed chef profiles; developed brands and told many stories.
